Apprenticeship Program                              

NOTICE:  The state wage rate apprenticeship fee of $0.54/hour was effective as of January 1, 2008

and applies to any state wage rate job bid on our after that date.

Fees are based on the number of person hours worked on applicable state wage rate jobs and must be submitted by the 15th of the following month. Fines for noncompliance can be civil penalties of up to

$10 per roofer per day and noncompliant companies can be prevented from bidding on other public

works contracts.
